I was referred to Pacific Motion Law after a horrible accident. My car was totaled and I was hurt. I didn\u2019t have any idea on what I needed to do with my car or my injury and the insurance company was phone bombing me the day after the accident. This law office was quick and professional and took over all communication with multiple insurance companies immediately so I could just rest. They provided great guidance on where I can go to get my health checked and be treated. They also have a great network of many treating physicians to take care of me. I had an excellent experience working with Thai on my living trust and estate plan. He really took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. He gave me time to think over a lot of things I have never considered before and never pushed me to come in to sign until I was ready. The estate plan was truly comprehensive that came with a living trust, will, power of attorney, health care directives, designation of agent for our minor children, business assignment, grant deed, and lots of customization options. All at a very reasonable price. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I trusted that my estate planning was in capable hands. I was involved in a car accident with my neighbor and the insurance companies from both sides keep on trying to assign 50\/50 liability, making me 50% at fault for something that was my neighbor\u2019s fault. Tried to reason with them for weeks but nothing seem to change their minds. I consulted with Thai and hired him for assistance. He immediately sent them letters. After the letters everything changed and I have received my full compensation and even deductible. What I like about this office is when I paid a lot to hire a lawyer, I actually got to speak and work with a \u201clawyer\u201d not just clerks and staffs 99.99% of the time, who will then tell me they will take my message for the lawyer. Dont get me wrong, I have no issues with office clerks and staffs because they are all nice, but sometimes I just need to speak directly with a lawyer. But for some reasons a lot of law offices I hired in the past make it impossible to ever get a hold of a lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
