Divorce & Family Law
Find Your Next Step.
Move Forward With Clarity.
Thoughtful guidance for cooperative divorce, post-judgment changes, and marital agreements.
A cooperative path forward
Uncontested Divorce
Not every divorce has to be contested or contentious. Even couples with substantial property and assets, or minor children, can choose to separate peacefully and work together toward an agreement.
If your divorce is cooperative, you deserve a clear, predictable approach to legal fees. Instead of paying $450–$600 per hour to complete an agreed divorce, we offer flat-rate fees for uncontested divorce, so you can focus on moving forward.
We provide clear guidance throughout the process, prepare and file court documents, draft your marital settlement agreement, and assist with obtaining your final judgment of dissolution—all for a flat-rate legal fee. We help put your agreed terms into writing and guide you through the steps needed to finalize your divorce.
When circumstances change
Post-Judgment Modifications
Life can change after your divorce is final. If your existing divorce judgment or marital settlement agreement no longer addresses your circumstances, we can help you understand your options and determine which provisions may be changed.
We review your existing orders and agreement, advise on proposed changes, and assist with preparing agreed modifications and the court documents needed to request approval. This may include changes to child custody, parenting schedules, child support, or spousal support, where modification is legally permitted.
Not every part of a final judgment can be modified. We help you evaluate what is possible before taking the next step.
Plan together with clarity
Prenuptial & Postnuptial Agreements
Clear financial expectations can provide peace of mind before and during marriage. We assist with drafting and reviewing prenuptial agreements before marriage and postnuptial agreements after marriage.
Whether you need a new agreement or independent advice on an agreement presented to you, we help you understand the proposed terms, identify concerns, and consider how the agreement fits your circumstances and goals.
Our services include guidance on property and asset ownership, debts, business interests, and other financial arrangements, along with review of disclosures and the legal requirements relevant to your agreement.
